Giving and Taxes

Operation Hometown Heroes is a veterans’ organization described in section 501(c)(19) of the Internal Revenue Code. We are not a 501(c)(3) charity.

Whether a gift to a veterans’ organization is tax-deductible depends on the organization and on your own situation, so we do not promise that any gift is deductible. Sponsorships that include recognition, booths, or other benefits may be treated differently from a simple donation. Please talk with your tax advisor.

If you need a receipt or an acknowledgment of your gift, email contact@operationhometownheroes.org.

Ways to Give

Donations and sponsorships are processed through Zeffy. Vetstock gifts can also be made on Venmo.
